I planned my 3 miles route online this morning and went out and got 3/4 of a way around the first lap of the park and came across...........................a smashed in, decapitated head of a goat!!!! The people over the alley way have dogs. 4 in a shitty small space. They bark......and bark.......and bark.........all night......all day I assume.I am at my wits end. I cannot sleep. I cannot relax. It is the end of week four for running! I am doing 3 miles WITHOUT STOPPING!!!! :P Can't believe it! lol It feels amazing! My brother actually come out for a run with me! lol We sprinted the last bit and I swear he runs so fast! When I sprinted after him my feet barely touched the pavement! I have never ran so fast and recovered so fast either! My fitness levels are getting better! :D

I am so emotional lately! I am on so that doesn't help....but I miss my love.One of the only girls I get on with at work left on Saturday after our manager told her to fuck off. I miss her and feel uneasy at work.Everything is making me cry but I'm not sad......but i am...I dunno. I'm very confused these days. I feel lost.

This morning my mom came into the kitchen saying she was highly pissed off with my brother. We all went to bed last night and when my mom got up for the loo at 12:30am he was still up. She told him its late and he needs to go to sleep and his response? "I'm sick of you telling me what to do all the time."
